At Spanaway Children’s Dentistry, we specialize in providing gentle, compassionate, and high-quality dental care for children in a fun and family-friendly environment. Located conveniently on Highway 7, our practice serves families across the Spanaway and Tacoma areas, including many from nearby Joint Base Lewis-McChord. Our collaborative and supportive team is dedicated to helping young patients build lifelong positive experiences with dentistry.

Compensation & Benefits

  • 30% of adjusted production

  • Earning potential: $350,000–$550,000 annually

  • Daily guarantee: $1,200/day 

  • $2,500 annual CE allowance

  • Insurance coverage: Premiums covered up to $200/month

  • 401(k) with employer match

  • No PTO policy currently offered

The Opportunity

Procedures:

  • Pediatric dental procedures including fillings, stainless steel crowns (SSCs), pulpotomies, and space maintainers

Schedule:

  • Open to both full-time and part-time candidates

  • Core hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

  • Some schedule flexibility available

Mentorship: CE opportunities and informal mentorship for continued growth

New Grads: Open to recent pediatric dentistry graduates

Technology & Support

  • Digital X-rays

  • Electronic Health Records (EHS)

  • Streamlined, modern systems to maximize efficiency and patient care

Who We’re Looking For

  • Board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Dentist

  • Strong clinical skills with a focus on quality and patient comfort

  • Excellent communication skills, especially with children and families

  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and committed to continuing education

  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently when needed
