Keizer Family Dental is a thriving, tech-forward private practice located in Keizer, Oregon—a fast-growing, family-friendly suburb just outside Salem, the state’s capital. Since 2003, we've proudly served multiple generations of patients by combining cutting-edge technology with genuine, relationship-based care.

Our modern 7-operatory office is supported by a highly experienced team (tenure ranging from 2 to 23 years) and three full-time hygienists. With a steady stream of 25–30 new patients per month and a fully booked hygiene program, we’re excited to bring on a driven associate who’s eager to grow with us—and potentially step into ownership in the future.

Compensation & Benefits

• $850/day guaranteed pay

• Production-based pay model with earning potential of $280,000–$350,000+

• Clear path to ownership

• Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, CE allowance

• Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)

• Limited PPO contracts | No Medicaid

Clinical Scope & Schedule

• Schedule: 2–4 days/week (flexible part-time or full-time)

• Procedures: Comprehensive exams and treatment planning, basic restorative, CEREC same-day and lab-fabricated crowns, basic endo and surgery, dentures, implant placement and restoration, and clear aligner therapy

• Experience Level: 0–5 years preferred | New grads welcome

• Mentorship: Provided within a collaborative and supportive team environment

• Our previous associate earned $280,000 annually providing a strong mix of bread-and-butter general dentistry, including restorative care, same-day CEREC crowns, endodontics, simple extractions, and dentures. For the right candidate, there’s significant opportunity to expand into high-value procedures such as dental implants, cosmetic cases, and full-mouth rehabilitation — allowing you to increase your production and earning potential while working in a supportive, well-equipped environment.
