Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of adjusted production
Expected Earnings: $175,000–$225,000+ annually (based on schedule and production)
Daily Guarantee: $700–$850/day for the first 3–6 months (based on experience)

The Opportunity

This is a part-time opportunity (2–3 days per week) to start, with a clear path to full-time as patient demand continues to grow.

The associate will:

• Perform a comprehensive scope of general dentistry, including:
  • Restorative dentistry
  • Same-day crowns (CAD/CAM)
  • Implant restorations
  • Clear aligner therapy (Invisalign or equivalent)
  • Preventive and routine care
• Work in a technology-driven environment, including:
  • Digital X-rays
  • CBCT
  • CEREC Primescan with in-office milling
  • 3D printing
  • AI-assisted radiography

Mentorship & Growth:

• Access to advanced mentorship, focused on refining clinical skills, expanding treatment capabilities, and increasing case acceptance
