Shoreline General Dentistry is a thriving, growing practice nestled in the charming beach town of Ventnor City, NJ. $800/day guaranteed for the first 3 months
35% of collections with a draw against daily rate after guarantee period
$5,000 annual Continuing Education (CE) allowance
401(k) plan available after 1 year of employment
Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) increasing with years of service (starting at 40 hours in year 1, up to 128+ hours by year 5)
6 paid holidays: Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Fourth of July
Relocation assistance: Lump sum moving expense allowance after 3 months of employment (for moves over 75 miles)
Full-time schedule: Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Thursday until 6 p.m.)

At Shoreline General Dentistry, you will provide comprehensive general dentistry using advanced tools and technology, including:
Bread-and-butter general dentistry: fillings, crowns, extractions, and endodontics
Digital X-rays for precise diagnostics
State-of-the-art intraoral scanning technology for enhanced patient care
Eager to learn and comfortable with core dental procedures
Accountable and committed to providing high-quality patient care
A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment
Experience preferred: AEGD or GPR training and 2+ years of clinical experience
