Deer Creek Dental Clinic is a thriving, high-tech dental practice located in Tomah, Wisconsin—a charming, centrally located town at the intersection of Interstates 90 and 94 in Monroe County. We offer full-scope general dentistry in a collaborative, fast-paced environment supported by advanced technology and a strong team culture.

We are currently home to 3 doctors, 4 hygienists, and 18 team members. As one of our associates relocates, we are seeking a highly motivated and clinically capable dentist to join our practice full-time. This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-established, high-producing schedule with strong mentorship and excellent long-term potential.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dentist who wants to focus on core restorative procedures, while being supported by a skilled team and advanced technology.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: 32% of production; guaranteed $200,000 base salary (whichever is higher)
• Expected Earnings: $200,000–$330,000 annually (previous associate earned $310k–$330k)
• Daily Guarantee: $200,000 first-year guarantee
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
• CE Allowance: $5,000 annually
• 401(k): Eligible after 1 year, 3% employer match with 5% employee contribution
• Vacation / PTO: Flexible; up to 2 consecutive weeks at a time, at owner’s discretion
• Relocation Assistance: Negotiable

The Opportunity

This is a full-time restorative GP role with a well-balanced schedule and steady patient flow.

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
• One Friday per month: 7:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

Procedures & Scope:

• Core restorative dentistry: composite restorations, crowns, simple extractions
• Focused on bread-and-butter GP work
• No endodontics or implants required

Technology & Tools:

• Prexion CBCT
• Digital radiography & intraoral scanners
• Deka CO2 and Diode lasers
• VHF R5 milling unit & Exocad digital workflow
• 3D printing
• Air polishing for hygiene
• Open Dental software

Mentorship & Development:

• Advanced Mentorship is available
• Ideal for experienced dentists seeking autonomy and earnings
• Open to new graduates who are confident and motivated in restorative work
