Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 28% to 30% of production, increasing with partnership
Expected Earnings: $200,000 – $350,000 annually
Daily Guarantee: $800/day
CE Allowance: $1,000/year

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate role with a consistently busy patient schedule: Tuesday–Thursday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., no weekends.

Clinical Scope: Fillings, extractions, root canals, restoring implants, dentures, and partials

Technology & Support: Digital X-rays, intraoral scanner, CBCT, EFDA assistants

Mentorship & Growth: Daily access to owner doctor for guidance on procedures, treatment planning, and clinical support; strong path to partnership

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed General Dentist (new grads welcome with mentorship)

• Experience with extractions preferred

• Clinically confident, patient-focused, and team-oriented

• Open to feedback and committed to improving efficiency
