Compensation & Perks

• Daily Guarantee: $675

• Pay Structure: 30% of collections

• Potential Salary: $150,000–$300,000 annually

• CE Allowance: $1,000 after 1 year of service (pending CDO approval)

• Dental Coverage: Included for employee, legal spouse, and children under 26

• Mentorship: Yes — led by our Chief Dental Officer

The Opportunity

As our practice continues to grow, we’re excited to welcome a new associate to our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient-centered care and eager to join a practice that values clinical autonomy, efficiency, and long-term relationships.
You’ll work alongside a supportive team of seasoned professionals and have access to mentorship from our Chief Dental Officer—who is passionate about coaching new grads and supporting clinicians who are motivated to continuously improve.

• Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 2PM

Procedures You’ll Perform

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans

• Perform general dentistry procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and preventive care

• Execute oral surgery procedures when needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort

• Provide endodontic treatments such as root canals with precision and efficiency

• Collaborate closely with hygienists and assistants to deliver seamless patient care

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards

• Treat pediatric patients as needed, providing compassionate and age-appropriate care

• Utilize digital imaging and AI-based diagnostics to support clinical decisions

• Stay current with advancements in dental technology and treatment techniques
