Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: 33% of adjusted production

• Expected Earnings: $150,000–$250,000 annually

• Daily Guarantee: $700

• Benefits May Include:

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity offering a flexible schedule and consistently busy patient flow. The associate will work:

• Monday 8am–5pm

• Tuesday 8am–6pm

• Wednesday 8am–5pm

• Thursday 9am–2pm

• Optional Fridays/Saturdays available if desired

The practice offers a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Fillings, crowns/bridges, dentures, root canals, and extractions

• Molar endodontics and implant placement a plus but not required

You’ll be supported by modern technology and tools, including:

• CBCT, digital X-rays, 3D printer, EHR

Mentorship and collaboration are available, making this a strong opportunity for:

• An experienced dentist seeking autonomy and earnings

• A motivated dentist with 1+ year of experience or completion of AEGD/GPR looking to grow quickly with support

There is no formal partnership track, but associates have opportunities to grow professionally within a supportive practice.

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed general dentist (or eligible)

• Minimum 1 year of work experience or completion of AEGD/GPR

• Clinically confident, patient-focused, and team-oriented

• Strong communicator with a positive attitude and good work ethic
