Compensation & Benefits

• Daily Guarantee: $750+ (Negotiable based on experience)

• Compensation: 35% of collections after a 4-month guaranteed period

As a general dentist, you'll focus primarily on delivering comprehensive, high-quality care to a diverse patient base. These are the foundational procedures you’ll perform regularly as part of the role:

• General restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)

• Preventive care (exams, cleanings, sealants)

• Diagnosis and treatment planning

We also welcome additional skills and interests that can enhance our clinical offerings. If you’re experienced or interested in expanding your scope, you’ll have opportunities to perform:

• Endodontics (e.g., root canals)

• Surgical extractions

• Implant placement and/or restoration

• Dentures (full and partial)

• Cosmetic treatments (e.g., whitening, veneers)
