Compensation & Benefits

• Salary / Production: $200,000–$300,000 per year

• Sign-On Bonus / Relocation: $30,000

• Compensation Structure: 35% of collections

• Daily Guarantee: Yes

• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $25,000 per year for 4 years (DRAA program)
