  • This location is an 8 operatory PPO/FFS practice with good patient flow
  • This is a 2 full time dentist practice with 2 hygienist, 4 RDAs, and 4 front office team members
  •  We see about 80-90 new patients/month via word of mouth and social media marketing
  • Mostly adult patient base, though we do see some pediatric patients (about 25%)

Schedule:

  • 8:00-12:00 ; 1:00-5:00 Monday-Thursday; the office is closed on Friday.
  • flexibility to work 5 days/week depending on your financial goals or simply enjoy 3 day weekends every week

Compensation:

  • Initial 12 month period: paid greater of $1,000/day or 30% of adjusted production --this comes out to annual minimum gross income of $200,000 working 4 days/week
  • After 12 month period: paid 30% of adjusted production
  • Associate doctor lab fees are shared at 30% (Zirc crown fee is $50 and E. max fee is $65; all negotiated lab fees are very affordable)
  • $10k Sign on bonus available to help with relocation!
  • Medical and vision insurance offered--50% of employee monthly premium covered
  • 10 days of PTO at $500/day
  • Annual CE reimbursement up to $5,000--we believe in investing in our doctors' training and skills to benefit our patients
  • Annual malpractice insurance reimbursement up to $2,000

What procedures will the associate be doing?

-Be comfortable and efficient with bread and butter dentistry (crowns, bridges)--this is about 30% of our procedure mix

-Be comfortable with surgical extractions (non-wisdom teeth) 

-Be comfortable with Endo (anterior, pre-molar, and 1st molar endo preferably)

-Be comfortable with Removable Prosth (traditional dentures, partials, Locator Overdentures)

-Be comfortable with or willing to learn implant surgery (guided or freehand)

-Ability to learn/ offer Clear Aligner therapy (we use OrthoFx) 

-Have at least 2 years of experience outside of dental school (strongly recommended) or have completed AEGD/GPR residency

-Mentorship available 1-2 days/week with the owner dentist
