What procedures will the associate be doing?

Enjoy practice ownership! Amazing opportunity in our supported ownership model. If you're looking to own but maybe not quite ready to purchase your own practice yet, come participate in our hybrid model of supported ownership. We get in-office leadership, and you get profit sharing. 

Our doctors typically do:

  • Bread and Butter (of course) PLUS...
  • All procedures you feel comfortable with!

While we do run an integrated specialty model (Endo, OS, Perio, Ortho), our GP doctors have full clinical autonomy. Do the procedures you love to do, the specialist is there for the things you don't!

If you have a procedure you'd LIKE to add to your skillset but don't have  the skill quite yet, you will have amazing mentorship here! Our doctors can also attend all of Glidewell's CE courses (including the implant course!) tuition free 🤩
