Sabal Dental in McAllen, TX, is a growing, well-established practice that’s expanding to meet patient demand. With state-of-the-art technology, a supportive team culture, and a prime location near the Gulf Coast, we’re seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our expanding team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $180,000–$200,000 per year (based on experience and production)

• CE Stipend: $2,000 per year toward approved continuing education

• Insurance: Medical, dental, life, and malpractice coverage provided

• 401(k): Yes, with up to 4% matching

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Flexible
