Lead Dentist – Membership-Based FFS Practice (Chicago North Shore, Skokie)

A new, innovative membership-based Fee-for-Service (FFS) practice is seeking an experienced General Dentist (5+ years) to deliver the highest quality clinical care and guide clinical operations. We're bringing the concierge experience into the dental world, and searching for the right practitioner. This role is ideal for a confident, well-spoken clinician who prioritizes high-quality care and is eager to take on leadership responsibilities.

• Practice in planning stages – expected launch October 2025, initial part-time role with rapid growth into a full-time position.
• Leadership & autonomy – make key clinical decisions regarding materials, technology, and operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of clinical experience (mentorship not provided for general dentistry).
• Passion for high-quality patient care and ethical dentistry.
• Strong chairside manner and communication skills.
• Experience with ortho/aligners is a big plus.
• Experience with esthetic/cosmetic dentistry is a big plus. 
• Comfort with hiring, onboarding, and training team members.
• Interest in business/operations mentorship (optional).

Compensation & Benefits:

• 33% of collections
• Guaranteed base of $800 per day
• Bonus for membership growth
• Bonus for patient satisfaction (metrics TBD)
• Potential for equity vesting
