Son Shine Pediatric Dentistry is a family-owned, doctor-focused practice serving Erie County with compassion and top-tier care. Our thriving practice is privately held and not part of a DSO, providing a supportive, patient-centered environment where our doctors can truly flourish.

With an abundance of patients and a dedicated, staff-driven team, we handle the hygiene and charting so you can focus entirely on providing excellent pediatric dental care.

Compensation & Benefits

• $2,000/day guaranteed income

• Annual earnings range from $450,000 to $750,000, based on production

The Opportunity

• Full-scope pediatric dental procedures including exams, white fillings, stainless steel crowns, pulpotomies, extractions, space maintainers, and strip crowns

• Nitrous oxide sedation offered

• IV sedation offered at local surgery center

• Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM; flexible part-time and full-time options

• New graduates encouraged to apply — mentorship and support provided

• Work with the latest technology including Nomad digital sensors, isolite dental systems, and ceiling-mounted TVs to maximize patient and doctor comfort
