Son Shine Pediatric Dentistry is a family-owned, privately held pediatric practice serving Erie County, Pennsylvania, with compassion and top-tier care. We are not part of a DSO; our practice is doctor-focused, with a supportive, patient-centered environment where our dentists truly flourish.

With an abundance of patients and a dedicated, staff-driven team handling hygiene and charting, you can focus entirely on delivering excellent pediatric dental care.

We are looking for a compassionate Pediatric Dentist, full-time or part-time, to join a fast-growing team.

Compensation & Benefits

• $450,000–$750,000 annual earnings, based on production
• $2,000 per day guaranteed income
• Full health, dental, and vision benefits

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Flexible full-time and part-time options
• No weekends

The Opportunity

Step into a full schedule from day one in a practice with more patients than one doctor can see. You’ll practice full-scope pediatric dentistry, including exams, white fillings, stainless steel and strip crowns, pulpotomies, extractions, and space maintainers, with nitrous oxide sedation in-office and IV sedation at a local surgery center.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. You’ll have mentorship and support from day one, in an environment built to help you grow your skills.

Technology includes Nomad digital sensors, Isolite systems, and ceiling-mounted TVs to keep patients comfortable and your day efficient.
