Sandia Dental Care is a 100% locally owned practice rooted in Albuquerque, known for its beautiful weather, vibrant outdoor culture, and welcoming community. Our tight-knit team values collaboration, consistent quality, and growing together to provide top-tier general dentistry.

Our practice embraces digital innovation — including digital X-rays, panoramic imaging, and the iTero scanner — while maintaining an inviting, patient-first atmosphere. We’re a small, dedicated team consisting of a hygienist, two assistants, an office manager, owner doctor, and an associate working one day a week.

What We Offer

• Competitive compensation: $800/day guarantee for the first 90 days, then negotiable production-based pay

• Potential annual earnings between $140,000 and $180,000, depending on production and schedule

• $5,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment

Your Role

As our Associate Dentist, you’ll provide comprehensive general dentistry services including:

• Exams, diagnostics, and preventive care

• Composite restorations, crowns, and bridges

• Implant restorations, dentures, and partial dentures

• Anterior endodontics and basic oral surgery

• Clear aligner therapy (Suresmile) and Xeomin treatments

• And more — we encourage learning and adding new procedures to better serve our patients
