Compensation

• 30–35% of collections, commensurate with experience
  (Typical full-time earnings range: $175,000–$275,000+ annually)

• Daily guarantee of $750–$1,000 during onboarding, based on experience

• Dual monitors in every operatory and most workstations

• 6 operatories plus a consult room, with room for future expansion

Schedule

• Monday–Friday only

• No nights, no weekends

• Minimum of 2-3 days per week with the potential to build to 4-5 days per week. 

• Flexible scheduling, with the ability to discuss 2–5 working days per week
