Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30–35% of collections, commensurate with experience

Expected Earnings: $175,000–$275,000+ annually (typical full-time), and our full-time associates have historically earned $330,000+ in their first year, with strong clinical support and training to help you grow

Daily Guarantee: $750–$1,000 per day during onboarding, based on experience

• Monday through Friday only, no nights, no weekends
