Our 9-operatory modern facility is home to a long-term, stable team that values collaboration, mentorship, and exceptional patient care. With a steady flow of new patients, a loyal patient base, and a mostly fee-for-service model, we’re committed to creating a rewarding and supportive environment for both our team and patients.

Compensation & Perks

• $800/day base guarantee (first 90 days)

• 30% of collections

• Earning potential of $200,000–$300,000 annually

• CE stipend provided

The Opportunity

Procedures: General dentistry including operative, prosthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery (including 3rd molars), implants, perio, pediatric/geriatric dentistry, sleep apnea & TMJ services
Schedule: Full-time (4 days/week) or part-time options available
Mentorship: Yes — hands-on mentorship from owner doctors
New Grads Welcome: Preferably 2–3 years of experience, but mentorship available
Technology: Modern equipment and a well-managed facility
Growth Path: Long-term opportunity in a supportive, stable private practice
