Sceville Dental Group is a thriving, husband-and-wife-owned private practice in Oakdale, California. Our modern, 9-operatory facility is home to a long-term, stable team that genuinely values collaboration, mentorship, and exceptional patient care.

With a steady flow of new patients, a loyal patient base, and a mostly fee-for-service model, we've built a rewarding, supportive environment for both our team and our patients, and we're looking for an associate to grow with us.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of collections

Expected Earnings: $200,000–$300,000 annually

Daily Guarantee: $900 per day for the first 90 days

The Opportunity

This is a full-time (4-day) or part-time associate role, offering a genuinely broad clinical scope with the mentorship to grow into it.

You'll have the opportunity to practice a wide range of general dentistry, including operative, prosthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, implants, periodontics, and pediatric and geriatric care, as well as sleep apnea and TMJ services. Whether you're already skilled across these areas or looking to expand your scope with hands-on guidance, our owner doctors are here to support you.

You'll work in a modern, well-managed facility with a stable, collaborative team and a real long-term growth path in a supportive private practice.
