💰 Total Earning Potential: Unlimited — no cap.
Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary ($125k–$150k ).
In addition, providers are eligible to earn 33% of Net Production on production exceeding an annual target.

You can rest easy knowing we do not have any private equity or corporate backers demanding quarterly profitability goals which might adversely affect the patient or the team experiences. Although we are very different from corporate dentistry, our back end support of clinicians rivals that of corporate DSOs, allowing our doctors to focus on their patients.
We believe long form relationships between our doctors and their patients and teams lead to success, which is why we want all of our doctors to be equity owners in the practice.
Our partnership model requires no cash investment or any more debt for our doctors. Equity is earned by simply working hard and helping our practices grow using a clearly defined process for earning equity in the practice. Our average equity partner is able to create more economic value for themselves and their families than if they were to start or purchase their own solo dental practice, using average solo practice valuation statistics from the ADA.
