About the Opportunity & Ascendent Health Partners (AHP)

At Ascendent Health Partners, we believe that exceptional dentistry begins with exceptional care for people. We take care of people first, teeth second — delivering compassionate, evidence-based treatment that builds trust, promotes lifelong health, and strengthens relationships.

Our goal is simple: deliver dentistry so good, so consistent, and so human-centered that patients trust us for life — and tell others why.

Our clinical philosophy is rooted in the belief that every patient deserves to be heard, respected, and treated as an individual. We practice with integrity, empathy, and humility — always putting people before profit.

Our clinicians are empowered with full clinical autonomy and are fully focused on patient care — with zero administrative or operational responsibilities. Business management, HR, marketing, and operational support are provided by our professional team, so our doctors can do what they love: care for patients and grow as clinicians.

At AHP, Equity Earn-In opportunities are available within 24 months — with no buy-in or additional cost to the provider — allowing our doctors to become true partners and owners in their practice.

In a world racing toward commoditization, we choose relationships. In a landscape driven by volume, we choose value. We are building a group where trust is earned, loyalty is nurtured, and care is delivered with excellence — one patient, one relationship, one smile at a time.
