Associate Dentist Job Opportunity – Bel Air, MD

Compensation & Benefits:

• $500 daily base guarantee or 33% of collections (whichever is higher) – both negotiable

• Seeking a motivated and growth-oriented associate dentist. Open to new graduates and experienced dentists alike.

• The office has a high patient volume, providing ample opportunities for clinical and financial growth.

• Owned by two experienced dentists with a combined 30+ years in the field, passionate about mentoring the next generation.

• On-site specialists, including an Oral Surgeon and Orthodontist, fostering collaboration and comprehensive patient care.

• State-of-the-art facility, newly renovated in July 2023, equipped with:

  • CBCT with a Ceph arm

  • Digital X-rays

  • CEREC Scanners and CEREC Mills

  • Intraoral cameras

  • Water Laser

  • iTero Scanner

  • AI treatment software

Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling available

• Office hours: Monday-Thursday (8 AM - 8 PM), Friday-Saturday (8 AM - 2 PM)

• 1 Saturday per month required, with weekday schedule flexibility
