Expected Earnings: $210,000–$325,000+ annually
Daily Guarantee: $800+/day with bonus potential
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity offering schedule flexibility, with options for:
Five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days
Monday–Thursday or Monday–Friday schedules
You’ll provide comprehensive general dentistry, including:
Restorations
Crowns
Extractions
Root canals
General exams
The practice is fully digital, equipped with modern technology to support efficient workflows, precise diagnoses, and an elevated patient experience.
This role is being added due to continued growth in patient demand, allowing the team to reduce wait times and maintain personalized care.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants to grow within a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment. While experienced clinicians are welcome, the practice is also open to newer graduates who are motivated, communicative, and eager to develop.

The ideal candidate is:
DDS or DMD from an accredited institution
Licensed (or license-eligible) in Pennsylvania
Confident in general dentistry fundamentals (pediatric experience is a plus)
Clinically competent with sound judgment and attention to detail
Excellent communicator who builds trust with patients
Team-oriented, professional, and collaborative
Motivated by quality care, relationships, and long-term opportunity
