What are some features of your dental practice?
We are a fully digital 10 operatory fee for service practice. We provide CBCT for implant planning as well as for extra-oral bitewings and panoramic images. We have a robust hygiene program with longstanding providers, over 4000 active patients, and a consistent 30 new patients each month. We also utilize indirect restorative with our Carestream scanner and offer services with our diode laser and additional caries detection with our Diagnodent units.

What procedures will the associate be doing?
Long standing 30+ year FFS practice in Oswego. We primarily focus on general aspects of adult and pediatric dentistry. However, we also offer a range of additional services such as endo, oral surgery, implants, clear aligner therapy, and full mouth reconstruction. We are in search of an experienced associate that would be confident in delivering consistent and high quality care in at least several of these facets of service.
We are currently looking for someone to start 2 days/week and one Saturday a month. The expectation would be to maintain continuity of care with our patients and eventually grow into a full time schedule of 4 days/week. Compensation would be 35% of collection (office is 99% collections), and half lab fees. Depending on skill set, associates should expect to make between $70-100k part time.
We are a high level, care-focused Fee for Service practice located in Oswego, Illinois approximately 40 miles southwest of Chicago. 2 partners own and operate the 4100 active patient practice. We will look to add an experienced associate to facilitate the transition of one of the partners into retirement. We produce and collect approximately 2.5m annually, with 30 new patients per month. This is a fully equipped 10 operatory, fully digital practice with CBCT and digital scanning technology. We primarily focus on general restorative dentistry and also provide some additional services in implant placement, cosmetic and functional rehabilitation, endodontics, clear aligner therapy, and fixed full arch prostheses.
