We have two locations, Yuma, CO and Wray, CO, and there are 4 dentists and 5 hygienists between the two locations. Our Yuma location just expanded to 9 ops where we also do IV sedation. We are 70% fee for service. As stated above, we offer all aspects of dentistry, so we have built an environment to mentor our associates to expand their skills into whatever aspect of dentistry they are interested in. It's like a residency but you get paid as a practicing dentist! We want all of our doctors to be on the same page so we enroll and send our associates to Spear Education to help bring them up to speed as quickly as possible. We offer a daily guarantee as high as $1,200. There is not expiration to the daily guarantee. We also offer a $5,000 relocation bonus.
