About Our Practice:

• We are a PPO/FFS (70/30 mix) rural private practice about 50 minutes outside of Amarillo, Texas--we serve a large area as there are not many dentists around. The practice is located in Dimmitt, Texas.
• This is a single dentist practice with 1 hygienist, 2 RDAs, and 3 front office team members
•  We see about 50 new patients/month via word of mouth and social media marketing
• Mostly adult patient base, though we do see some pediatric patients (less than 20%)
• Sirona CBCT for 3D imaging for implant treatment planning and endo cases
• Trios5 Intraoral Scanner
• Intraoral cameras in every op 
• 2 Diode lasers

• 2024 Doctor Adjusted Production of $1 million on 4 days/week while taking off 4 weeks for vacation/CE
• 1 full time hygienist and 2 full time RDAs

• Daily morning huddles to focus the team on the day ahead and review the previous day

Schedule:

• 9:00-12:00; 1:00-5:00 Tuesday-Friday; the office is currently closed on Monday
• flexibility to work 5 days/week depending on your financial goals or simply enjoy 3 day weekends every week

Compensation:

• Initial 12 month period: paid greater of $1,100/day or 30% of adjusted production --this comes out to annual minimum gross income of $200,000 working 4 days/week
• After 12 month period: paid 30% of adjusted production
• Associate doctor lab fees are shared at 30% (Zirc crown fee is $50 and E. max fee is $65; all other lab fees are very affordable)
• $10k Sign on bonus available to help with relocation!
• Medical and vision insurance offered--50% of employee monthly premium covered
• Annual CE reimbursement up to $5,000--we believe in investing in our doctors' training and skills to benefit our patients
• Annual malpractice insurance reimbursement up to $2,500

-Be comfortable and efficient with bread and butter dentistry (crowns, bridges)--this is about 30% of our procedure mix

-Be comfortable with surgical extractions (non-wisdom teeth) 

-Be comfortable with Endo (anterior, pre-molar, and 1st molar endo preferably)

-Be comfortable with Removable Prosth (traditional dentures, partials, Locator Overdentures)

-Be comfortable with or willing to learn implant surgery (guided or freehand)

-Ability to learn/ offer Clear Aligner therapy (we use OrthoFx) 

-Ability to learn/ offer oral sleep appliance therapy for sleep apnea

-Have at least 2 years of experience outside of dental school (strongly recommended) or have completed AEGD/GPR residency

-Mentorship available 1-2 days/week with the owner dentist if requested for newer grads
