About:

  • We are a family dental practice with three doctors currently operating three offices in Nashua, NH; Hudson, NH; and Burlington, MA with room for growth and future partnership. We are currently looking to fill a full-time dental associate position with the potential for partnership in our Nashua office. Our office is unique and we love our culture. We are looking for a talented dentist with an incredible work ethic who genuinely loves people. We truly like each other- we serve each other- and our patients benefit from the fact that we value each team member's gifts as we treat our patients with joy. Growth is awesome, but we believe in work/life balance. We have a large patient base and it is time to hire a colleague who will help us achieve our vision while making sure family always comes first. Our practice also has the latest technology!

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
  • Proficiency in performing root canal therapy and dental extractions.
  • Familiarity with medical documentation practices and HIPAA compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating strong leadership skills when necessary.

Compensation:

  • Commission pay: 32% of collections 
  • $700/day guaranteed base pay, however, you should easily surpass that. We have current associates making over $300,000/year!

What procedures will the associate be doing?

Duties & Procedures:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine oral health needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Perform a range of dental procedures, including root canal therapy, dental extractions, and restorative work.
  • Utilize dental terminology effectively in communication with patients and team members.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Implement aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during procedures.
  • Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in ongoing professional development.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient care and practice efficiency.
  • Utilize software programs such as Dentrix for patient management and record keeping.
