The Opportunity

Start Date: Flexible
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM; Friday, 7 AM–3 PM
Status: Full-Time preferred (32+ hours), Part-Time options considered
Mentorship: Yes – robust mentorship and clinical coaching provided
New Grads Welcome: Yes – ideal for a motivated new graduate ready to learn and grow
Career Path: Associate-to-partnership opportunity for the right candidate; ideally, a minimum of 2 years as an associate before partnership is pursued.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Model: 30–35% of collections minus adjustments
Earning Potential: $180,000–$300,000+ annually (based on schedule and case mix)
Daily Guarantee: $600–$800/day (for the first 90 days, phased out as collections increase)
