We’re on a mission to expand our exceptional team, and we're looking for General Dentists to join us in Lubbock, Midland, and Odessa, Tx. Job Overview:
As a General Dentist at Rodeo Dental, you’ll provide high-quality dental services to patients of all ages in one of our state-of-the-art clinics. Experienced dentists will have the opportunity to see a wide range of procedures—from root canals to molar extractions—based on your expertise. If you’re a newly graduated dentist, you’ll have the freedom to develop and implement your own treatment plans, with experienced mentors offering support, guidance, and encouragement every step of the way.

Schedule:

• Full-time  
• Clinics typically operate Monday-Friday from 10am-7pm, with occasional Saturdays from 9am-4pm
• Flexible hours available for qualified candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and Rodeo team members
• Lead and collaborate with Dental Assistants and other professionals to ensure excellent patient care
• Treat a wide range of cases, including pediatric patients
• Participate in continuing education events to build your dental skill set
• Provide high-quality care for all patients, regardless of socio-economic background
• Foster a safety-first culture and adhere to safety protocols
• Work closely with other General Practice dentists to ensure effective teamwork
• Use Open Dental software for efficient patient flow and clinic organization
• Communicate effectively with office leadership to align on clinic operations

Qualifications:

• Active state dental license in the practicing state (required)
• Experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to get credentialed by Medicaid
• A passion for career development and a strong interest in growing your dental skills

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged sitting and standing as needed
• Ability to move independently between operatories
