Position Highlights

As the Associate Lead Dentist, you’ll:

1. Develop Your Clinical Skills: Work directly with Dr. Stavely and benefit from onsite mentorship, including offsite guidance from Tailwater’s network of dentists.
2. Lead and Grow the Practice: Manage a team of hygienists, assistants, and office staff while focusing on exceptional patient care and building a loyal patient base.
3. Enhance Service Offerings: Bring additional procedures to the practice, such as endodontics or implants.
4. Progress Toward Ownership: Enjoy a clear path to owning up to 30% of the practice within two years.

Compensation and Benefits

• $750 Daily Guarantee during your transition period.
• 30% of Net Production as your long-term compensation model.

• 2022 Production: $1.85M in collections ($1.5M from Dr. Stavely and $400K from hygiene).
• Patient Mix:
  • 20% Fee-for-Service (self-pay).
  • 80% PPO insurance (Delta, Blue Cross).
  • 267 new patients in 2022 (22-23 per month).
• State-of-the-Art Facilities:
  • Currently 5 operatories, with plumbing for 3 additional operatories.
