• Collections: $2.4M in the last 12 months (through January 2024).
• Team:
  • 3 doctors (1 FT, 2 PT)
  • 2 hygienists
  • 6 full-time dental assistants (including 1 EFDA)
  • 3 part-time hygiene assistants
  • 4 administrative team members (practice manager, insurance coordinator, 2 front office associates)
• Operatories: 12 (8 restorative, 4 hygiene).
• Patient Mix: 33% fee-for-service, 67% commercial dental insurance.
• New Patients: Average of 110 new patients per month in 2023.

About the Associate Opportunity
This opportunity is for an Associate Lead Doctor who will focus on:

1. Mentorship and skill development with Dr. Chris Moore and the team.
2. Production growth through general dentistry and advanced procedures (e.g., implants, same-day crowns, endo).
3. Leadership within the practice, supported by Tailwater Dental Partners.

• $2,000 continuing education allowance annually.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: 30% of net production with potential to earn $200k-$400k annually.
• Daily Guarantee: $750/day for added security.
