Associate Dentist Needed in Ohio!

Seeking an associate dentist in Lebanon, Ohio! Our last associate left to purchase her own practice in 2024.  We are hiring to backfill that opening as well as prepare for the eventual retirement of our founder, Dr. D. Robert Haas, DDS. We have a fantastic team that all works together on a daily basis. Low drama, high output, and a team that does our best to have fun while we work. We have low turnover and constantly get compliments on our team and patients experience in our practice. We look forward to connecting with you!

Compensation

• Daily Guarantee: $800, no penalties. 
• 32% of collections calculated, no lab fees and paid out first week of each month.
• Day rate is $165,000 base.
• Our current associate is on track to make $250-300k this year.  

Benefits:

• $1500 CE allowance.
• FDI pays 100% of malpractice policy.
• 401k: $1:$1 match up to 3%.  $0.50 for every dollar from 3-5%.
• Health and vision insurance.  FDI pays 50% of the premium.

• Lebanon is a fantastic suburb located just 20 miles north of downtown Cincinnati.  It's easily accessible via I-71 and I-75. 
• The city is known for its rich history, beautiful downtown area, and well-preserved 19th-century architecture. 
• Lebanon has a quaint, small-town feel with tree-lined streets, local shops, and historic buildings. Our community is known for our well-maintained residential neighborhoods, scenic parks, and proximity to attractions like Kings Island amusement park, which is just a short drive away.
• One of Lebanon's standout features is its historical significance. Lebanon also hosts various festivals, events, and a popular farmers' market, making it an active community with a focus on local culture
•  Lebanon is located <30 minutes from both downtown Cincinnati and Dayton providing many amazing attractions in the Greater Cincinnati area including the Cincinnati Reds, Cincinnati Bengals, FC Cincinnati, Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden, Union Terminal Museum and much more.
• Greater Cincinnati is known for our support of the arts with many different music, theater and fine art venues in the area.  

About

• We absolutely offer mentorship.  Our Docs all thrive off of learning from each other.  On a regular basis they are reviewing patient details and treatment plans to determine best course of action on more complex cases.
•  We would prefer someone either coming out of a residency program or two years of practice experience. 
• Our ideal associate would be fantastic in engaging with our patients and delivering a patient experience that sets us apart from most dental practices.  They would have a high attention to detail and hold themselves to the highest standards of quality of care - if you are going to do it, do it right.  Our current associate has a partner mentality and is always looking for ways to improve himself, the practice, our team, etc.
• We have CBCTs in both locations.  We are fully digital with forms, crays, charting, etc.  Each hygiene operatory is equipped with perio charting software and intraoral cameras.  We have Primescans in both locations and an iTero in our Lebanon office.

Schedule

• M-TH, 8am-5pm.  
• FT.  We are open to considering a part time associate.
• Flexible schedule.

Procedures:

• We currently are a bread and butter practice with a high volume of restorative procedures. 
• We average ~80 crowns a month. 
• Our Docs will complete anterior and premolar endo, but typically refer out molar endo. 
• We restore implants but do not currently place implants.  Complex extractions are referred out. 
• We are 100% open to bringing all procedures noted above in house for an associate with the right skillset to complete those procedures efficiently and confidently.
