- Our New Grad Doctor Lecture Series is designed to help dental associates thrive both professionally and personally. Over the course of six months, you’ll meet weekly with Dr. Le or other team members to learn every aspect of dentistry. Unlike traditional programs, we start by focusing on the business side of dentistry—how the office operates, how to build and maintain a loyal patient base, and how to lead a successful team. Once you've mastered these essential skills, we shift focus to advanced clinical techniques, ensuring that while you're developing your clinical expertise, you have a strong, supportive team and a thriving patient base behind you for ultimate success. We’ve received tons of positive feedback from previous participants, who have found this approach not only builds their clinical skills but also prepares them to be successful leaders in dentistry.
- Open to new grads! Dr. Le teaches at a nearby dental school so he is familiar with new grads. We have a superior new doctor lecture series that has been highly successful at transitioning dental students into the professional world.
