Scott Dental Group is a collaborative, multi-doctor private practice serving Loudonville and Wooster, Ohio. We're a team that likes working together, and our doctors collaborate on cases rather than compete for them. It's a practice where doing a good job matters and where everyone pulls in the same direction.

Every one of our doctors is booked out for months, and one is preparing to retire. We're adding an associate to step into that demand and become part of the group for the long term.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of adjusted production

Expected Earnings: $250,000–$300,000 annually

Daily Guarantee: Yes

Benefits Include:

• $5,000 annual CE allowance for approved courses
• 401(k) with company match and profit sharing
• Paid time off

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 4-day week available, with one day off negotiable
• No weekends

The Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity to join a practice where the patient demand is already here: every doctor is booked out for months, and a retiring doctor's patient base is waiting for the right associate.

You'll practice a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Fillings
• Crown and bridge
• Extractions
• Root canals, bone grafting, and implant placement for a candidate proficient in them

Mentorship is available from experienced doctors who enjoy collaborating on cases, making this a strong fit for a residency-trained dentist ready to build, or a newer dentist who wants to learn alongside a supportive team.

You'll be supported by a fully computerized office with advanced technology, including:

• CBCT imaging
• 3D printer
• Three lasers: CO2, diode, and red light
• Digital X-rays

Partnership is in active discussion for the right long-term fit.

• A licensed general dentist; residency training preferred, open to the right new grad
• Someone who takes pride in doing a good job
• Works well with others and enjoys a collaborative, multi-doctor environment
• Willing to learn and grow clinically
