What procedures will the associate be doing?

Procedures:

  • As a larger practice, we perform a wide range of procedures. Our top five include Crown & Bridge, Restorative, Oral Surgery, Implants, and Endo. We also handle a high volume of dentures and are doing more ortho work every day.
  • While we don’t expect new associates to be proficient in all these areas from day one, we are looking for someone eager to learn and become comfortable across these procedures. This is why we emphasize mentorship and training—we’re committed to helping doctors expand their skills. I was a recent graduate myself when I joined, and I’ve gained invaluable experience working alongside our team here.
  • We’re developing an in-house mentorship program that we hope will feel essentially like an AEGD/GPR experience.
