Privately-owned & thriving dental office in West Richland seeking a reliable & enthusiastic associate dentist to join us. We do not have a cap on earnings and our average associate earning is $320,000 annually.  We have a philosophy of provider education and career support. From day one we will help learn to place implants, do difficult extractions, and navigate those tough canals.

Schedule:

• Flexible hours – We’re not strictly 9 to 5
• Evening, morning, or weekend shifts available.

Compensation:

• No cap on compensation but average associates makes $320,000 annually
• Daily guarantee: $1,000 for every 12 hours worked.
