Pediatric Dental Center of North Idaho is a multi-generation pediatric dental practice that has proudly served our community for almost 50 years. With two office locations in Coeur d'Alene and Sandpoint, we've built a lasting reputation for exceptional care, and we're looking for a pediatric dentist to help us maintain and grow that legacy.

We have a mix of young and veteran staff with a genuine family atmosphere. Mentorship is a core part of who we are, supporting new graduates in building a long, successful career and helping veteran dentists with team building and alignment. We value a dentist who wants to be involved in the community and build real rapport with our families and the local medical community.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $1,000 to $1,200 per day (guaranteed for the first 6 months) and/or 30% to 35% of adjusted production

Expected Earnings: $180,000–$220,000 annually 

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

The Opportunity

This is a full-time pediatric dentist role, working 4 days per week. You'll provide a full scope of pediatric dental care, with the following procedures expected from your start date:

• Pediatric operative procedures (not including root canal therapy)
• Hygiene checks and new patient exams
• Oral sedation and general anesthesia
• Nutrition and caries counseling

Our practice also provides orthodontics, airway treatment, Invisalign, laser therapies, in-office moderate sedation, and in-office general anesthesia, and we're eager to support a dentist who wants to grow into orthodontic treatment and airway awareness and diagnosis over time.
