Pay: $192,000-$500,000 

Status: Full-Time (4 Days) 

Compensation & Benefits: 

• Ownership opportunity in 2 years 

• Fee for service practice 

• $20,000 sign-on bonus 

• CE Allowance up to $10,000/year 

• 2 weeks of Paid time off 

• Three to six-month guaranteed base rate (DOE) of $1,100 per day or- 

• 30-34% of Net Production, whichever is greater
