Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is designed to be clear, competitive, and performance-driven:

• Compensation: 32.5% of adjusted production

• Daily Guarantee: $850/day

• Expected Earnings: $200,000–$350,000 annually

• No Lab Fees

• CE Allowance: $2,500 annually

• Malpractice/Liability Insurance Covered

The Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity with an excellent work-life balance, offering a Monday–Thursday, 4-day schedule and a consistently busy patient flow with 120+ new patients per month.

You will practice comprehensive general dentistry, including:

• Bread & butter dentistry

• Restorative care and crowns

• Extractions

• Molar endo (opportunity)

• Implant placement (if comfortable, not required)

You’ll be supported by advanced technology, including:

• CEREC / Same-day crowns

• 3D Printing (SprintRay)

• Digital workflows and modern clinical systems

This role is ideal for:

There is also long-term growth potential within the practice for the right candidate.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed General Dentist in Tennessee (DMD or DDS)

• 3+ years of experience preferred (or equivalent advanced training)

• Clinically confident in general and restorative dentistry

• Comfortable with extractions and bread & butter procedures

• Interested in implants and molar endo (a plus, not required)

• A strong communicator with a positive attitude and solid work ethic

• Passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for patients and team

• Bilingual in Spanish & English is a plus

Preferred skills include experience with CEREC, clear aligners, cosmetic dentistry, removable prosthodontics (RPD/dentures), and implant systems such as BioHorizons.
