Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Up to 35% of collections or guaranteed base salary (whichever is higher)
Expected Earnings: $200,000–$350,000+ annually
Daily Guarantee: Yes (base salary structure during ramp-up)
Sign-On Bonus: Available

The Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity in a busy, high-production environment with strong patient demand and efficient systems already in place.

The associate will:

• Work in a fast-paced, highly productive setting, typically operating out of 2 operatories while managing 2 hygiene columns
• Perform a full scope of general and cosmetic dentistry, including:
  • Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, veneers)
  • Clear aligners
  • Endodontics
  • Implant placement & restoration
  • Third molar extractions

You’ll be supported by advanced technology, including CBCT and a digital scanner, along with a highly trained clinical team—so you can stay focused on production and delivering exceptional patient care.

Mentorship & Growth:

• Structured clinical mentorship program with hands-on training
• Ongoing development through monthly doctor study clubs
• Opportunity to expand into advanced procedures and significantly increase production
• Defined path to partnership for long-term growth

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed general dentist with 3+ years of experience or completion of a GPR
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-production environment
• Clinically confident across a broad scope of dentistry
• A strong communicator who delivers an exceptional patient experience
• Positive, team-oriented, and motivated to grow both clinically and financially
