What are some features of your dental practice?
This dental clinic operates in a community-focused setting, providing care to all ages. The clinic serves 10-12 patients per day and offers a 4-day workweek (Monday through Thursday) with a typical schedule of 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. The practice is supported by a well-trained team, including 1 dental hygienist, 2 dental assistants, and 1 front desk staff member. The associate will have the opportunity to work autonomously as the sole dentist at this location. The practice offers a generous benefits package, including CE reimbursement, PTO, and comprehensive benefits. The credentialing process takes 30-60 days, and licensure will be covered.
What procedures will the associate be doing?
The associate dentist will perform a range of general dentistry procedures, including comprehensive exams, preventive care, emergency treatments, and restorative procedures. The patient base includes all ages, with a focus on providing care for Medicaid and underserved populations. While routine dental work is central to the role, experience in endodontics would be a plus. The position may also involve participation in a school-based dental program, providing services to children, though the frequency is to be determined.
