Just Kids Dental is a mission-driven, family-oriented pediatric practice in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, providing comprehensive, compassionate care to children who need it most. We’re a primarily Medicaid practice with more patients than we can see and high restorative demand, and we’re adding a pediatric-focused associate who loves treating kids and wants to make a real impact.

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected earnings: $240,000–$408,000+ annually, depending on experience
• $1,200/day guarantee for your first 90 days
• 34% of net production
• Sign-on bonus up to $20,000 with a 2-year commitment

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM
• 4-day week option available
• Occasional early start and early finish on sedation days
• No weekends

The Opportunity

Step into a full schedule from day one. The patient volume is already here, and the restorative need is high, which means strong production for a dentist who enjoys hands-on pediatric work.

Your clinical scope will include:

• Composite fillings and composite crowns
• Prefabricated crowns
• Pulpotomy and pulpectomy
• Extractions
• Oral conscious sedation (OCS)

You’ll practice with digital radiography (sensors and 2D pan), Dentrix Enterprise, and quality lab equipment and consumables, in a laid-back, team-oriented environment with a high level of clinical autonomy.

This is a role where you’ll build deep experience in oral sedation, complex pediatric restorative cases, and hospital case management, treating a patient population where your work changes outcomes.

• Pediatric dentist, or a general dentist with strong pediatric experience
• Experience with oral conscious sedation and hospital case management preferred
• Strong restorative skills, comfortable with high-need patients
• Empathetic and mission-driven, with a heart for treating children
• Organized, professional, and a team player who works well independently
• New graduates considered with pediatric experience and comfort with high-need patients
