Dentist Needed in Alabama!

We are looking for a compassionate and highly skilled Associate Dentist to join our team. The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care to patients, performing a variety of treatments and procedures to maintain or improve oral health. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent patient communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous education and professional growth

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current state dental license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in general dentistry (new graduates may be considered).
• Proficiency in using dental technology and software (e.g., digital radiography, electronic health records).
• Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to dental care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary, including commission pay and retention bonuses.
• $600 a day or 30% of collections, whichever is higher for the first 90 days.
  • We will re-evaluate after the initial 90 day, and most likely move to 30% of collection, but this will be determined by the experience of the associate.

Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday, 8am-5 pm. This is negotiable.

Location:

• Scottsboro is about a 40-minute drive from Huntsville, where the second office is located. The Huntsville location has a Yomi dental implant Robot, and the associate can work in the Huntsville location a day or two a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients.
• Provide a full range of dental services including restorative, endodontic, periodontic, prosthetic, and surgical procedures.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatment plans.
• Adhere to all clinical protocols, infection control standards, and safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with dental assistants, hygienists, and other staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
