  • Continuing Education (CE): The greater of $4,000 per year or 0.5% of the prior year’s net production, with potential for additional funding based on a submitted business case.

  • Production Bonus: 30% of adjusted production for annual net production over $960,000.
  • Quarterly True-Up Payments: Ensures your earnings align with production levels.
  • Salary Growth: Based on demonstrated production performance.

Ruby Canyon Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate dentist to join our team, providing comprehensive care to an established and loyal patient base. This opportunity arises as one of our doctors transitions out, offering you the chance to step into a thriving practice with strong community roots.

To excel in this role, you must be caring, communicative, and adept at explaining dental treatments and procedures in a way that patients can easily understand. You’ll also guide patients on oral care, post-operative care, nutrition, smoking/nicotine cessation, and lifestyle choices that impact both oral and overall health.
