Associate Dentist Needed in Washington!!

We are in need of a second doctor that can perform exceptional dentistry, is growth-minded, and is looking to contribute to our exceptional culture. Specialty dentistry and a desire to grow in new clinical skills is a plus for this associate.

Our office has created an exceptional reputation for ourselves in the community and we want to continue to provide the best care for our patients. We are a 1-year old modern dental startup that is growing into a booming referral-based practice with PPO insurance accepted. We do great dentistry and our patients reward us with their referrals of friends, family and coworkers.

Compensation: 

• There are many areas of opportunity to be compensated well - including increased complex procedures, introduction of endo and/or 3rds to our office, implant surgery, working with incredible labs, and more.
• Our associate doctor will have a set daily guaranteed minimum of $600. With our volume and high demand, we expect this to be surpassed quickly.
• Once the daily guarantee is surpassed, the Associate's pay will be  calculated as 30% of adjusted production (gross production minus discounts/insurance write offs/etc)

Schedule:

• We are currently looking for an associate for 3-4 days a week, and we will fill this person with patients almost immediately. Our three hygienists are booked solid with new patient exams and recall patients and the senior doctor is booked upward of her capacity. We need to find the right culture fit for our office so that we can get patients seen quicker.

Continuing Education:

Dr. Chloe is extremely passionate about continuing education, including learning new clinical skills, refining bread and butter skills, and growing all team members as leaders in the office. Her primary areas of continuing education revolve around Spear Education, Bioclear, Implantology, and Invisalign. Our Associate Dentist will receive a generous CE allowance and will be encouraged to continue to follow suit with prioritizing continuing education and refining "basic" skills along with growing new skills.

Rooted Dentistry is located in the beautiful city of Black Diamond, Washington. Black Diamond is a historical mining town nestled at the foothills of Mt. Rainier. Black Diamond has a small-town and tight-knit feel with members of the community living here for generations. Rooted Dentistry is a dental office that is desired to be "rooted" in the community (pun fully intended). Our mission is to better our community and to positively impact the lives of those who live in it. We actively participate in Community Events (Black Diamond Miners Day, Black Diamond Labor Days) as well as outreach across the globe. Dr. Chloe has participated in several mission trips to Guatemala and hopes to continue this tradition with her growing team.

• True Comprehensive Care (mix of every procedure and comprehensive treatment planning)
• Extractions/oral surgery including bone grafts and ridge preservation
• Implant placement and restorations
• Crown/bridge/fillings and working with an EFDA for filling placement
• Removeable - dentures, partials, overdentures
• Bioclear filling technique
