Associate Dentist Needed in Illinois!

We are looking for a detail-oriented, driven dentist who wants to continue growing an already successful practice. If you’re passionate about providing top-quality care and love the idea of working in a community-centered neighborhood, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Schedule:

• Full-time schedule.
• Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week (flexible on times) - prefer 2 Saturdays a month (1/2 days), but could negotiate 1

Compensation:

• Compensation is based upon a percentage of production with a guaranteed minimum.
  • Daily guarantee of $750
• Generous sign-on bonus available.
• We offer continuing education allowances - very important to the owner (Dr. Rohi Atassi).

About:

• The patient base is FFS, and High PPO fees.
• Our practice, established in 1972, has a long-standing reputation in the Evergreen Park community. We purchased it in November 2023 from the original family, and we’re currently in an exciting period of transition as we update and grow the practice to make it our own.
• Mentorship available
• One year of residency or experience is required.
• We do monthly study clubs with all of our associates together.
• Great team culture: We have a team called “the Floss force” and we do a lot of 5ks, triathlons and team events together.
• Continuing Education: We’re committed to ongoing learning and offer continuing education allowances.
• Office is really busy, but looking for someone to come in and help with the transition as we update it and make it our brand.
