Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Model: 34% of net production
Expected Earnings: $200,000–$250,000 annually
Daily Guarantee: $800/day
Signing Bonus: $40,000 (with stay commitment)

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate role with a flexible 4-day schedule, typically Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday (7am–4pm), with some flexibility available.

You’ll be stepping into a practice with a strong and steady flow of patients and a broad clinical scope, including:

• Endodontics
• Implants
• Invisalign
• Dentures
• Comprehensive restorative & cosmetic dentistry

The practice is fully equipped with modern technology, including:

• CBCT imaging
• Digital X-rays
• Intraoral scanners

This is a high-production environment with immediate patient demand, offering strong earning potential from day one.

There is also a clear path to partnership for a long-term associate aligned with the practice vision.
