Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 34% of net production

Expected Earnings: $200,000–$250,000 annually

Daily Guarantee: $800 per day

Signing Bonus: $40,000 (with a stay commitment)

Relocation Assistance: $5,000

Schedule

• 4-day workweek: Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

The Opportunity

This is a full-time role stepping into immediate patient demand: 5,000+ active patients, a steady flow of new ones, and a high-production environment with strong earnings from day one.

You'll practice a broad clinical scope, including:

• Endodontics
• Implants
• Clear aligners
• Dentures
• Comprehensive restorative and cosmetic dentistry

You'll be supported by modern technology, including:

• CBCT imaging
• Intraoral scanners
• Digital X-rays

Mentorship and autonomy, together. You'll be trusted to run your own schedule and treatment planning, with experienced clinicians alongside you for guidance.

There is a clear path to ownership for a long-term associate aligned with the practice's vision, in a practice with 50 years of goodwill behind it.
