- We are open to new grads, but would prefer someone who has had 2-3 years of experience. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of developing trusting relationships with patients and their families so that they can optimize the care they provide.
- We prioritize “QUALITY OF CARE” OVER “QUANTITY OF PATIENTS” and believe that a comfortable income can be achieved if you know how to efficiently treatment plan and connect with your patients.
- There is no need to be on “Roller Skates" while seeing patients.

- Mon-Thurs 7:45 am - 5 pm. (Patient care starting at 8 am) Some Fridays also available.
- FT, but PT also available for the right candidate.

Procedures:
- New Patient Exams
- Recall Exams
- Routine Restorative Procedures (Composite Fillings, Pulp and Esthetic Zirconia Crowns)
- Myofunctional Therapy and Phase 1 Orthodontics
- Patient Engagement as well as engaging with the Guardians and Family Members of the Patients
- Team Building (Engaging with and mentoring your auxiliary team to best support you)
- Comprehensive Care and Treatment planning with Team Orthodontist and General Dentists
We are a privately owned multi-specialty group practice located in Tampa, FL. We have Pediatric, Orthodontic, and Adult Dentistry on site. We value developing trusting long term relationships with our patients because it allows us to perform comprehensive care for all of our patients. Our patients frequently start with us as a patient in our pediatric department with our Pediatric Dentist and Orthodontist and then "graduate" to seeing our Adult Dentists. Our dentists provide restorative care including but not limited to esthetic pediatric crowns, myo-functional therapy, phase one and two orthodontics, veneers, extractions, bone grafting, and implant surgery. We also have amazing hygienists who maintain our patient's periodontal health and work with our dentists to maintain long term health. We are situated on a highly visible and well traveled four lane road within close proximity to shopping centers, apartments, condos, and a K-8 magnet school.
