Full-Time Associate *Sign On Bonus

Position Details:

• Patient Load: Immediate patient base upon starting.
• Compensation:
  • Sign-on Bonus
  • Base Guarantee: $750/day with 30% of collections up to $500,000, then 35% of collections over $500,000.
  • Estimated Earnings: $200,000 - $275,000 with $700,000 million in collections. Owner doctor collected $1.2M doing general dentistry ONLY.

Position Overview:

• Focus Areas: General dentistry with emphasis on complete dental health with crowns,  filling, endodontics, extractions, complete dentures, and full-family care (primarily adults).
• Patient Base: 3,600 active patients with 60 new patients per month.
• Technology: 12 brand new 2024 Adec chairs, equipped with two TRIOS scanners, Dentsply endodontic tools, and a laser.
• Specialty: We offer payment to NCAA athletes with dental care through NIL.
• Schedule: 4.5 days per week.
  • Monday - Thursday: Full days
  • Friday: Half-day, flexible schedule
• Team Structure: You'll be joining one doctor, with another set to retire soon. Complete patient autonomy.
